Privacy policy
Version 1 · In effect from [pending: the date this policy takes effect]
Who we are
[pending: the legal business name], of [pending: the business address], decides what happens to the personal data described here. Write to us at [pending: the contact email].
What we keep about you
- Your GitHub account, when you sign in: its id, login, name, primary email address and the address of its avatar.
- The computers you sign in on: the name you give each one, its platform and Miriarch's version, and when it signed in and was last used.
- Browsers signed in to account.miriarch.com: when each session started and was last used.
- Your credits and billing: what you hold, and the ids Paddle gives your customer record, checkouts and subscription, with their status. We never see your card or bank details.
- A record of changes to your account (sign-ins, credits, workspaces), to keep it secure and answer questions about it.
Your workspaces
A workspace on your computer stays there. We don't receive its content.
A cloud workspace is data we store and process for you: its history, files and the keys you move to it live in its own server on Fly.io in the United States (Ashburn, Virginia), with continuous backups in Tigris. It calls the model providers and apps you connect, with the keys you gave it, when you or Miriarch ask it to. Our account service never reads a workspace's content.
Error reports and telemetry
Miriarch can send us error reports (the default), more detailed telemetry if you turn it on, or nothing. Either way it carries names of operations, codes, counts and durations, never your content: no prompts, code, messages or file names. It goes to Grafana Cloud.
Cookies and this website
account.miriarch.com uses two cookies on api.miriarch.com, __Secure-ovl_session and
__Secure-ovl_signin, only to keep you signed in. They're strictly necessary, so we don't ask for
consent. Your choice of light or dark theme stays in your browser. There are no analytics, ads or
tracking on our websites. The checkout page, miriarch.com/checkout, runs Paddle's script, which
handles the payment under Paddle's own privacy notice.
Who processes data for us
- Fly.io: runs our servers and cloud workspaces.
- Tigris: stores cloud workspaces' backups.
- Grafana Cloud: receives error reports and telemetry.
- GitHub: signs you in.
- Google Workspace: our email.
- Paddle: sells the credits as merchant of record, with your payment and tax details.
- The model providers and apps a workspace's own keys name, when that workspace calls them.
Most of them are in the United States, so your data goes there.
How long we keep it
Your account's data stays while you have the account, and is deleted when you ask us to delete the account; Paddle keeps its own records as merchant of record, as the law requires it to. Cloud workspaces are kept as the terms say.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop or limit what we do with it. Ask signed in on your account page at account.miriarch.com, or write to [pending: the contact email] from the address on your GitHub account. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
When we change this policy we publish the new version here with its date, and tell you in Miriarch before it takes effect.
