Refund policy

Within 14 days
If you ask within 14 days of a credit's first payment, we refund that payment in full, whatever the reason.
After 14 days
Credits are monthly, and a period you've started isn't refunded. You can cancel any time in Manage billing, on your account page at account.miriarch.com: your credits stay until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing renews. Lowering your credits credits the unused part of the period on your next bill.
How to ask
Write to [pending: the contact email] with your GitHub login, or answer the receipt Paddle sent you. Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, pays the refund back to the way you paid.
Your rights
This policy doesn't take away any right the law gives you as a consumer.
